Awendaw Repeater Site Problem

Update 5/31/2023 afternoon.  SCHEART VHF/UHF and DMR have resumed normal operations. UPDATE:  A network firmware update was pushed this morning which affected Wallace, Orangeburg and Whitehall IRLP boxes.  Units are currently hug and will not reconnect to the network. System Update

KR4CHS DSTAR down

The KR4CHS DSTAR repeater located at Awendaw South Carolina is off the air.  While not part of the SCHEART statewide network, the repeater is supported by SCETV and is used by amateurs in the Charleston Area.  N7GZT reports the repeater antenna has failed and will be off the air until it can be repaired.  SCETV…
