UPDATE 1/11/25. The SCHEART Repeater Network has returned to normal operations effective at 11:00 AM. Due to the winter storm affecting South Carolina, the state Emergency Management Division has requested the SCHEART VHF repeater network to be linked along with Greenwood UHF. The system will remain linked in support of the storm.

The Sumter Downtown DMR repeater located at Prisma Toumey hospital has been decommissioned and removed from the facility at the request of the local coordinator. The repeater equipment will be maintained as part of the system spare equipment. SCHEART would like to thank Prisma Toumey for supporting the repeater operation since 2014.
