SCETV Engineers installed a new DMR repeater at Chester, South Carolina today The repeater transmits on 440.5750 MHz and receives on 445.5750 MHz with color code 1. The Wallace UHF (Charleston) Analog Repeater was taken out of service on April 3, 2018 for refurbishment. Engineering will endeavor to return the unit to operation with IRLP linking as quick as possible. A post will be made to this site when it is back on the air.
The Dillon UHF DMR repeater was reconnected to the SCHEART network over the weekend. A lightning strike severely damaged the infrastructure on the WPDE tower which caused an extended network outage.
