Barnwell VHF on reduced power

The Barnwell VHF repeater experienced an issue with the power amplifier on the morning of April 14, 2022.  The repeater is on the air with reduced power output until Engineering can resolve the issue with the power amplifier.  SCHEART support ticket number 288 has been opened on the issue.
