SCHEART ops under Isaias

At noon on Monday, August 3, 2020, the SCHEART network will be configured to support Hurricane/TS Isaias operation.  The analog VHF/UHF repeaters will be linked statewide.  The DMR will revert to emergency operations mode. This limits talk group communication to South Carolina.  The SCHEART network will remain in this configuration until the storm clears the state and the need for possible auxiliary communications is over.  Amateur operators are encouraged to monitor their local frequency and follow net control instructions for reports.
