The March 12 SCHEART Healthcare Net will occur during the state’s Full Scale Exercise (Phoenix Dawn). This exercise is being supported by the FEMA National Exercise Division (NED). All healthcare facilities are encouraged to check into the SCHEART Net normally but in order to receive credit for participating in this exercise, all participants must register at the link: https://preptoolkit.fema.gov/web/forms/shared/-/form/14010014
Indicate your facility and the roll of Player when registering. General Amateurs who check in the net but are not officially supporting an agency or not a MRC/PHRC member do not need to register.
Contact information you furnish at this link is strictly for conduct and reporting of the exercise and will not be released or used for any other purpose.
If you are participating in the exercise in any capacity please make sure to register prior to March 9th.
