On Monday October 21st at 9:13 AM, SCETV Engineering repaired the equipment in Columbia that inhibited the SCHEART linking capability on Sunday. Statewide linking is back to normal operation. However, the Columbia VHF repeater linking is still out pending work at the site which is planned for this week.
On Sunday October 20th, the SCHEART network experience a link controller failure in Columbia which affected all analog repeaters in the network. SCETV engineers were unable to remotely restore operation in time for the ARES net. Repairs will be implemented on Monday.
