{"id":1532,"date":"2020-04-19T07:44:07","date_gmt":"2020-04-19T11:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/?p=1532"},"modified":"2020-04-19T07:44:42","modified_gmt":"2020-04-19T11:44:42","slug":"scheart-dmr-talk-group-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/scheart-dmr-talk-group-change\/","title":{"rendered":"SCHEART DMR Talk Group Change"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SCHEART has been notified that TAC1, TAC310 and DCI\/Brandmiester talk groups will no longer be freely available after April 30th.&nbsp; The decision was made by the host of these talk groups who distributes the audio connection to other C-bridge networks.&nbsp; Due to the growing number of feeds and costs incurred in providing the talk group data, the owner decided to no longer provide free distribution.&nbsp; C-bridge network owners will need to pay for access starting in May.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SCHEART obtains data for these talk groups from the PRN C-Bridge network.&nbsp; Administrators for the PRN network decided to drop these talk groups effective with the policy change.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>No other talk group on the SCHEART DMR system will be affected.&nbsp; During emergency operation, access to these talk groups were already being dropped.&nbsp; So this change will not affect SCHEART emergency support operations.&nbsp;&nbsp; From logging data, it appears very few South Carolina users were actively talking on the three talk groups.&nbsp; We apologize to those few users who have been active and one alternative is to obtain a&nbsp; personal digital &#8216;Hotspot&#8217; for the Brandmiester network.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"nf_dc_page":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1532","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-dmr"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1532","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1532"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1532\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1534,"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1532\/revisions\/1534"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1532"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=1532"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/scheart.us\/staging\/9284\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=1532"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
